Weekly Meditation for Family Caregivers

Research shows that meditating for as little as 12 minutes has a profound positive effect on mental wellbeing. We invite family caregivers to join us for a weekly 12-15 minute guided meditation via conference call.
Calls will be every Wednesday at 3:00 pm. No need to register. Just dial in when you can for some much needed relaxation.
